WORKSHOPS

Yoga & Pilates, Finchley, North London

I love creating and running workshops and have been delivering both private and public workshops for many years.

Private workshops can be tailored according to what is needed and who it is for. I have run workshops for businesses, schools and the NHS. From wellness days to focused back-care workshops, vitality sessions and reset and restore days.

I also create wellbeing and pamper packages for private groups. These sessions are often booked by a group of friends or a family to celebrate a special ocassion.

My public workshops are available for anyone to book. They run at my studio and as collaborations with health clubs.

My most popular workshops are:

Saturday Sanctuary Day Retreat

A revitalising yoga class, brunch, nature walk, restorative yoga & nidra session, afternoon tea and personalised aromatherapy gifts.

Saturday Sanctuary Half Day Retreat

A relaxing yoga class, sound healing and gong meditation, healthy snacks and personalised aromatherapy gifts.

Wednesday Wellness

A tailored yoga or pilates class, pampering sessions (nails and facials), treats and champagne/or soft drinks.

Sound Bath and Yoga

The combination of slow flow vinyasa yoga and sound healing gong encourages a deep connection with your inner self and a restored sense of peace.

Self Care with Lucie

A yoga and pilates session where you’ll learn some useful self-care techniques to use at home or at work to help you manage your energy, find a sense of equilibrium and renewed vitality.

'Thank you for creating a wonderful and thoughtful wellbeing for us on Saturday. It was extremely relaxing and beneficial. We both slept so well afterwards and felt fabulous!'

'The session that Lucie delivered for my staff was fun, professional and well received. It was one of the best things I have offered in terms of giving something back. My team came back relaxed, refreshed and buzzing.
