Join us for an idyllic weekend retreat in the tranquil gardens and spectacular grounds of a beautiful 17 century house. Only one hour from London, our destination is Tofte Manor, a stylish privately owned house, set in 50 acres of beautiful gardens. It is the perfect place for a retreat, offering many nature based activities including an outdoor swimming pool, tennis court, fire pit and a magical grass labyrinth for quiet reflection.

Participate in daily yoga, pilates and meditation classes and enjoy delicious, nutritious and healthy meals created lovingly by our retreat chef. Explore the landscape gardens and peaceful woodlands, home to magnificent ancient trees, swim in the pool, relax with a book in the cosy library and sleep deeply in sumptuous beds.

Settle in to your retreat with a Friday evening restorative class.  Enjoy morning Vinyasa Flow and traditional Hatha yoga classes and a Pilates master class. On Saturday evening there will be a Gong Bath with Gong Master Sira Atma. During your stay, you can add a session with Julian Ormerod, an experienced Chiropractor and massage therapist.
