Pilates will put you back in tune with your body as you focus on optimal breathing and maintaining your correct spinal and pelvic alignment. You’ll develop a strong ‘core’, or centre of the body, with stronger abdominals and a strong back. You’ll enjoy balanced strength and flexibility, with long, lean, toned muscles, better circulation and improved joint mobility.

Pilates conditions the whole body, so no muscle group will be over- or under-trained, making it ideal for injury recovery and sports performance. ​

Finally, the breathing method that Pilates teaches is known to help reduce stress levels and fatigue. Pilates truly is a win-win-win.
